Less than a week! Check the registry and things to do tabs!
The National WWI Museum and Memorial is a must-see for history lovers. It houses the largest collection of World War I artifacts in the world and features immersive, thoughtfully curated exhibits. The museum sits within a beautifully maintained park and memorial grounds, offering great views of the Kansas City skyline. If time allows, we highly recommend purchasing a ticket to the observation tower for a panoramic view of the city.
This is also where the rehearsal dinner is! One of our favorite places to take guests in KC, for $15 you get one of the best brewery tours that exists of the largest craft brewer in America.
We love the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art and think it’s well worth a stop if you have time. The interior courtyard has an ancient, peaceful feel to it and is one of our favorite parts of the museum. Inside, you’ll find an incredible collection that includes paintings by Monet and Van Gogh, along with art from all over the world. Admission is free, and the sculpture park outside is great for a walk.
Historic landmark right next to the WWI Museum; easy to pair them.
Outdoor Spanish-architecture shopping district, great for a stroll.
One of our favorites in downtown KC for a nice upscale bite.
Very famous KC BBQ spot with a gas station!
Such a fun coffee shop, get the reusable glass jars, it's a great keepsake.
Motorcycle shop and coffee bar, awesome spot and very grungy and industrial
Our local coffee shop here in North Kansas City, very cute book vibe (the wedding theme), love this place.
