The outdoor ceremony space is surrounded by natural beauty, and the indoor reception hall is perfect for celebrating with family and friends. Just 35 minutes from downtown Kansas City, it’s a peaceful escape with plenty of charm.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, please plan to arrive at least 30 mins ahead of time.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Please plan to arrive by 5:00 PM to get settled and get a seat.
Am I allowed to bring my child or children?
We kindly ask for an adults-only celebration, though we’re happy to review special circumstances for long-distance travelers. We request you let us know in advance, as we cannot guarantee seating or a meal for unexpected guests.
Ceremony location
The Ceremony will be held in the outdoor ceremony area at Cedar Valley Forrest, weather-permitting.
Am I allowed to take photos during the wedding ceremony?
We kindly ask for a phone-free ceremony to respect the Bride and Groom and ensure there is no interference with the wedding photographer doing their job.
Will there be a rehearsal dinner?
For those attending the rehearsal dinner, more details will be shared for those invited in advance.
Will there be a shuttle to the hotel?
We will not have a shuttle service offered for the hotels, please plan travel to and from your hotel including ride share or designated driver if you are planning to indulge.
